CodeSnip 4 Release Candidate now available

CodeSnip 4 is nearly ready!!

A release candidate has just been release - see https://sourceforge.net/projects/codesnip/files/Release-4.0.0-rc.1/

The most significant changes since beta 2 and that the Welcome page has been completely redesigned and support for the Delphi XE3 compiler has been added.

If there are no major problems in this release I hope that the final v4.0 release will be available by early October.

However if there are issues then there will be a second release candidate - let's hope not!
