#1 incorrect handling of JavaDoc/Doxygen-style comments

when making use of JavaDoc-style comments (to allow
automatic generation of HTML documentation for C++
code using Doxygen), Code Shine doesn't correctly
handle indenting of the comments.

For example, the below:

/**
*
*/
void foo() {}

gets indented as:

/**
*
*/
void foo() {}
