#1 Start from where it left in the file

Congrats for this nice screensaver.
There's one improvement that would make it cooler. Every time the screensaver starts, it starts 'typing' from the top of the file. Therefore most of the time you will see the beginning of the file (plus usually it's the header comment, not the most interesting part!), and you will almost never see the end of the file (unless you take very long breaks).

The screensaver could store the current position in the file when exiting and then start from that position the next time it starts.
