Yes, but I doubt most people will need more than one or two combinations
out of all the possible permutations.  Thus, it seems easier to maintain a
couple of template files (each one complete in itself for a particular type
of project), rather than having to specify a long list of template files
for different purposes (code, license, header, footer, etc.)
