This is a very good idea,
We could add a -L option to codemill that would add a license template at the top
of the generated code,
but by default it should not add any license,
this would work similarly to the template,
ie a few defaults licenses and custom licenses.
I don't think we should add things like copy right etc. to the top of source
files,
This would start complicating things ,
and convert a swiss army knife into a pile of spaghetti, so to speak,
If someone would like to do such a thing they should add a custom license.
