[Codelite-developers] [PATCH] Send add/remove notifications to plugins for file renames

  Hi,
the patch is fairly straightforward: it moves relevant code from
fileview.cpp to manager.cpp (not necessary, but seemed the right place
for the functionality) and adds a "file added" notification event.
