#5 Index for each COLUMN.NAME in TABLE.COLUMNS

In some situations, in each iterarion of
TABLE.COLUMNS would be great to include the index of
the actual iteration.

In example:
{TABLE.COLUMNS}
someArray[index] = {COLUMN.NAME}
{/TABLE.COLUMNS}
