#8 SVG diagrams export

Hi, the diagrams can only be exported as bitmap files. It would be great to export them in SVG files or another vectorial formats.
Thanks a lot for this terrific program.

    Since the CD's sources have been ported to wxWidgets 3.0 which contains also support for SVG device context then I could implement this feature easily (I hope). I'll try to do that as soon as possible.
