Log message:
Significant rewrite of the sl_arch/sl_impl/sl_func objects, along with
the parser and function-stub generator.  Now keeps explicit track of the
actual symbol associated with the implementation, and allows the symbol
to be anything the author wants.

WARNING: #define'd functions do *not* work yet
