#6 Add better parse cache options

Currently it will just fill up the user's hard drive (not ideal).

Eventually this cache will be redundant when JST goes incremental, so only simple settings needed.

I think a size limit (default 100mb) should be enforced and when size goes over this old caches are deleted.
