#49 Preferences dialog should be more consistent w/GNOME

CodeCommander 0.7.1

The preferences dialog should behave more like other
preference dialogs (e.g., GNOME). That is, the "Apply"
button should save the settings, but not close the dialog.
And the "Ok" button should do both. Currently, "Apply"
closes but does not save the settings.

    I just changed this at the request of another user...it may not be proper in gnomeness, but its the way it is, and will most likely stay.
