#3 Overwrites coda.css

Coda will overwrite ...../doc/coda.css everytime it is
invoked. The problem is if any customization was done,
it is lost.

In my humble opinion, coda should not overwrite
coda.css if it already exists in the doc directory.
With a command line switch -overwritecss to force
overwriting.

Of course, I'd be happy with a -nooverwritecss option
if the current behavior is deemed to be the better default.
