Have trouble adding Cocoapsql/English.lproj/ConnPrefs.nib and deleting 
Cocoapsql/ConnPrefs.nib

Commit was not completed because of the Cocoa psql.pbproj (with a space 
in the name)? or, more likely, on the discrepancy of the ConnPrefs.nib
