#5 Autocompletion of tags on input

Similiar to how autocomplete works on the del.icio.us
page, this update allows the user to type in part of a
tag and select it from a list.

Excellent! I've just updated the lproj to get rid of the notice about hitting F5 and
tighten up the dialog box. I'm going to look into getting the autocomplete as a
checkbox preference (not that I can imagine anyone NOT wanting
autocompletion)
