#2 View collapsing, browser disable
I hacked on Cocoal.icio.us for a while tonight to implement feature
request 1069132. Both split views are now collapsible, and the
WebKit view will not be updated if it's collapsed. Also added
support for a preference to disable the WebKit view updating at all.

Aw, crap--I just checked in my own version of the preview collapse
without noticing that this had been posted. It sounds like you've done a
more extensive job, though, so I'll look at getting what I can from your
code as well. Thanks!

I only implemented drag-to-snap collapsing, so if you implemented
double-click collapse you're ahead of me. :)
