#32 Different keystroke for completing partially-typed tags

F5 is an awkward keystroke for completing
partially-typed tags. This is especially true on
laptops, in which the fn key must be held down in order
to use F5.

I completely agree. Ideally, an interface similar to the website's would be nice, or
perhaps a timeoutafter which the menu appears. But F5 is complete hell on a
laptop.

I've submitted a patch that will hopefully attempt to make
tag input a little similiar to how del.icio.us does it.
