#20 bayesian categorizer?

With enough volume of one's own tags for pages, one could prime
a bayesian classifier and "suggest" initial tags based on one's own
past behaviour. (The title and extended description might not then
be enough - but if you can grab the url, you should be able to grab
the .text or .source as well, and use that as fodder.)
