#14 Delay load of preview

It would be nice to make the load of the selected site in the
preview pane delayed just slightly (like maybe 1 second) so that
the user could scroll up and down in the list while navigating from
the keyboard without firing off a bunch of HTTP requests. This
might also be something we would want to make a preference.
