#15 Bookmarklet Doesn't Work If Cocoalicious Isn't Running

Creating a new post via the new 'delicious:' URL scheme doesn't work
if Cocoalicious isn't already running. What happens is that
Cocoalicious does launch, but the New Post sheet never appears.
