[Cocoadialog-announce] Many TODO items completed, bug w/ standard-inputbox

Wout Mertens kindly uploaded a patch for CocoaDialog that addresses 
many of the issues listed on the TODO list as well as other things.

I plan to integrate most of the changes into the project soon, however 
I have not yet had the chance.  In the meantime you can get the patch 
from

There is also a bug in the standard-inputbox that prevents it from 
returning values properly when you supply the string-output option.  
The problem may be present in other dialogs as well, I have not checked 
yet.  It is a simple fix (lines 104-108 in CDInputboxControl.m), but 
I'm not exactly sure when I'll have time to put together a new file 
release.
