For anyone who's been hacking at CD, I've put it on github to make it a little easier for people to jump in and make changes.

There's still a lot on my TODO list for this program, and hopefully I'll get to some of it this summer.  But despite my inactivity on this project, any pull requests will be released as new versions right away. :)
