Hi there!

I had a look at coco RPM building "process". I'd like to sugest some
changes to the Makefile (I attached a diff to the 1.8 release).

If the spec file is build an included in the tar file, a RPM (and SRPM)
can be easiely build with rpm -ta copter-commander*.tar.gz

Therefore I've added a "spec" directive and added it as dependency to
COCO_TAR_FILE. I also changed the included file in COCO_TAR_FILE  and
"clean" to delete the spec files.

At last I corrected a typo in the dedendencies of COCO_TAR_FILE
(oo-compiler.lib -> oo-compiler.lisp)
