In the course of fixing "[ #510054 ] key repeat
problems", the global X Window System key repeat switch
is sometimes turned off. If coco dies unexpectedly it
could be left in this state.

Its only a bug if there are fatal bugs. Marked "Won't Fix"
because I hope there aren't any of those. :)
