From release v0.22 (August 2004) there will no longer be a PDF documentation release. Instead of the PDF documentation we maintain a documentation WIKI at http://131.159.24.138/wiki/mw/index.php/Main_Page and include regular copies of the documentation in the cvs tree and the standard releases.
