Marko,

At this time I would not recommend COBOL For GCC. Tiny COBOL may
be a viable option. You may also consider Fujitsu COBOL V3 which
has been available for downloading, though the source is not
available. 

It will be another six months to a year or so before IO have a
viable solution for you.
