[Cobolforgcc-devel] Latest updates

I have uploaded the latest code from Curt Timmerman, Ted Seward,
Denial Ardison, and some bug fixes from Fergus Henderson to the
CVS. 

As mentioned before I also changed the UINT* and INT* to
COB_UINT* and COB_INT*. Have a look at cobr_temp_config.h for the
new details. 

We have now passed 50,000 lines of code.
