[Cobolforgcc-devel] Version 0.1.2 Released

The generated code now has file and line numbers for the
debugger. Also upgraded the sample apps to work with the 7 August
GCC snapshot. Matthew now has a bug report to fix. Lots of code
from Ted 'the coding machine' Seward for numeric handling. Added
consistent version numbers across all the executables. Lots of
tweaks to the documentation.
