#10 backup to UNC path bug

When you backup to an UNC path, destination in the list.lst file is define as manually given.
Cobian seems to execute it as an FTP folder which returns error (cannot connect to :21:)
Destination File is created, filled but deleted at the end

it seems that when you use UNC path destination incremental backup don't work
Cobian always do a complete backup because first backup, but it's not a first backup
