#67 pie charts in html report
Replaces the red/green bars with pie charts which are proportional in size to the number of lines/branches. The current html report can be misleading as all classes and packages, whatever their relative size, are given the same prominence by the red/green coverage meter. Google chart API is used to generate the pie charts.
