#63 "emma" style display of partially covered lines

I have made a couple of small changes which allow "emma" style source-view displays of partially covered lines, and showing covered lines in green.

If your browser supports alternate stylesheets you can change back to the traditional display by switching to an alternate stylesheet.

I have included a zip file of the changed files, which also includes a couple of screen shots, one showing the partial coverage display and the other showing a switch to the traditional display.

Sorry, I don't know how to make a patch, but this change is confined to a few lines in a few functions and some changed stylesheets.
