#55 Html Report should distinguish between partial/no coverage
The Html report could use red for lines which aren't covered at all and a different colour (yellow is used in the supplied patch) to indicate that a line has some but not full coverage, e.g. when one branch of the conditional ternary operator is covered (i.e. branch coverage is 50%).
