[Cobertura-devel] urgent----0% coverage

Hi,
 
I'm attempting to use Cobertura for the first time and the report shows
up as 0% coverage. I don't have unit tests.
While running my application I think the .ser file is not getting
updated, the time stamp remains same.
 
Could any one please tell me how to proceed after instrumenting the
classes.
