Ahhh, you guys want to change it from pointing to src directories, to
specifying a list of source files from which to draw the source
information.

Well that might be a bigger change than I was planning.  I will have to
look at the plumbing again.

I think nested filesets would probally be the best. This is similiair to
the
instrument task.

Example:
<cobertura-report destdir=3D"${coverage.html.dir}">
  <fileset dir=3D"${src.dir}">
    <include name=3D"**/*.java" />
  </fileset>
  <fileset dir=3D"${test.dir}">
    <include name=3D"**/*.java" />
  </fileset>
</cobertura-report>
