[Cobertura-devel] Add TODO list to the CVS

I think TODO list should be added to the CVS repository. This list
should indicate what things are needed, and if are needed does anyone
work on it. Although there are bug and RFE lists, they do not describe
what is really important and what should we focus on.

I attach TODO file as I see it.

I have related question. How do you see the future of Cobertura? Are
there any big changes on the horizon?
