Summary: Error running cobertura in maven

Initial Comment:
I run the command ....   mvn cobertura:cobertura

And I get an exception with the cause being  "Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/maven/reporting/MavenReport"

This is in Maven 3.0.4
