[Cobertura-devel] XML schema, lcov format

I am trying to access coverage data from an application that uses cobertura.  I found the coverage.xml file.  Where can I access the schema for coverage.xml?
Ideally, I'd like the data in lcov format.  What is the best way to convert from coverage.xml to lcov?
