[Cobertura-devel] cobertura reports 100% on linux not windows

I have a build project built by ant that I can run on both windows (dev 
work) and linux (daily builds).  When I look at the report built on 
linux all coverage is 100%.  I can copy the ser file down and rerun the 
report and then I get realistic coverage numbers.  So it seems to be 
that this is not an issue of using the wrong ser file.  When I due the 
build completely in windows I get realistic coverage numbers as well.

Has anyone encountered this before?
