Summary: Add support for mutation testing

Initial Comment:
Please consider adding support for mutation testing.  Mutation testing involves many of the same technologies as measuring coverage.  There are Java mutation testing packages available, but they are all relatively hard to use.  Carma appears to be an exception to this, but is currently closed source and in very early development.
