#56 color unsufficient conditional coverage in yellow

Lines with unsufficient conditional coverage are now colored in red. On first glance it's easy to get this messed up with uncovered lines, which are also red.
It would be nice to destinguish unsufficient conditional coverage from no coverage and I suggest that yellow is the perfect middle between green and red.
