[Cobalt-developers] Fix for "penalise lateness"

Hi,

the patch attached attempts to fix the problem present in BOSS 3.2.1
that leads to an uncatched ArrayOutOfBoundsException
SubmissionsFrame.processClick(). The exception bleeds through to event
dispatching thread.

The patch will utilize separate counters for going through the data
model and the resulting lateness arrays (penaltyList and studentList)
