#1 Cobalt Boot Rom in ISA Slot?

OK so I followed someone advice about flashing via the
serial port and I have a blue boat anchor. Already pulled
and replaced the rom once and I don't think it will take
the second stab at it.

Question is it possible to just pull the rom and install a
1MB Boot ROM ISA card. If so what address would
that Boot Rom have to be decoded in the memory map.

And will my hair brained idea work?
