MosCom 0.8.3f is released!

The highlight of this new release are:
* Use sf.net for mailling
* Fix desc to be compatible with Mambo 4.6.2
* Completely integrate MosComBot with MosCom so edting template is now optional but still supported
* Enhance comment form to let MosComBot override MosCom in template
* Auto publish for superadmin
* Add MosCom.css and no need to edit template.css
* Little bug fix to be backward compatible with older Mambo and Joomla
* Fix minor bug on none login user
* Exclude category, blogsection, blogcategory
* Fix minor bug on the backend

Description:
* MosCom is a comments component for Mambo and Joomla. It is a rewrite of Phil's Combo script to work with Mambo 4.5.2+ and Joomla 1.0 and 1.5. It allows visitors to comment on content items within Mambo. This script is used at opensourceCMS.com allowing visitors to leave comments regarding content management systems.

(Note: Please make sure to download the latest MosComBot 0.8.3+, MosComLatestX 0.8.2+ to work with MosCom 0.8.3+)

Notes for MosComBot:
* MosComBot is now has comment form without the need to edit the template.
* Please make sure emailcloak is listed before MosComBot to avoid scramble the email in the comment form.
* MosComBot can now set to show in 4 places of the articles beside to show the comment form for MosCom.

Features:
* Completely integrate MosComBot with MosCom so edting template is now optional but still supported
* A companion mambot call MosComBot to show comment link on frontpage
* A companion module call MosComLatestX to show MosCom Latest X comments
* Compatible with Mambo 4.5.2 or above and Joomla 1.0 and 1.5 (w/ legacy mode)
* Compatible with PHP 4 and 5, global off and global emulation off
* Complete admin area to monitor, edit and delete comments as necessary.
* Languages support: English, French, Rusian, Dutch, Spanish, Portugese, German, Arabic, Polish, Italian, Swedish, Croatian, Turkish
* If you use mambelfish and set the language preference and assuming you have the correct language translation file in this format "english.php" for English.

    # Customizable comment title, etc via language file using _COM_C_ADD_COM, _COM_C_ADD_COM2 and _COM_C_HOMEURL.
    # Comments sorting: new entries first or new entries last
    # Form position: Behind comments or Above comments
    # Add javascript bbcode and tooltips
    # Enhanced bbcode support to store as html for ease of retrieval into article with bot
    # Use time offset from configuration when show comment
    # MosCom.css is included and no need to edit template.css

Note: translation for MosCom:
* You can create you own translation file by copy "english.php" and create your language translation file. For example: "spanish.php" please make sure the file name matches your mambo language name.
* Once you have the translation file in place and when you set the language preference in mambelfish then MosCom will use your translation file to display the comment in your language. Please consider share you translation file once you are happy with your work. Thanks for sharing.!
