I started with the uhci module, but according to the docs usb-uhci works
better, so now I use that. usb-ohci will not load on my machine.

Never tried another USB device either. I'll try with another tonight.

I'm not behind the machine right now, so I can not tell exactly. From what
I remember it did show some info about the modem, including that the 5160
firmware was loaded.

Anything else I should check?
