#17 timezonedetect.php

After getting never ending timezone errors, I finally
commented out lines 41, 42 and 42 in my
timezonedetect.php file.

I should also mention that the functions.php file had a
duplicated, and premature entry of the javascript call
which I commented out while I was fixing other issues.
It was appearing before the header.php call which was
wrong, especially given a few lines later it was called
again.
