    Hello all,
Ive been using Sphinx2 now for a few months on Windows systems. I check here occasionally and i still see the same calls for help, with basically the same problems. Is anyone interested in setting up a SPhinx2 Help site? I will do the grunt work of setting up an automated site. And if anyone is interested we could post tutorials there on how to compile and advance this program. I think its a great system and I would love to learn more about it then what I know now, As well as see the community of users grow. Anyone anyone ? :)

      Ken,

Please contact me directly at lenzo@cs.cmu.edu and
we'll get synched up.  We can use cmusphinx.org to
set up the FAQ, help, and resources.

      Ken,

I hope you hang in there -- maybe a couple of us can answer questions and get this going... It looks like CMU won't be jumping in to answer any questions or fix things...

Thanx for the words of encouragement and support Nancy!, I got in touch with Lenzo and we've already started putting something together that will hopefully help people get some direction. There is actually quite a bit out there , the problems is that it is spread out all over the place, and you must really hunt to find out whats going on. For instance, the sphinx OCX was a totally random find for me, on a non sphinx specific speech search ! I found this page to be extremely useful in tweeking my argument file.
by the way here it is if anyone reading this cares.

Im definetly interested in any help in any form out there. so feel free to post here or contact me at kmcclain@swri.edu.
As an afterthought.. how about posting in this thread some of the things you all would be interested in learning from this site and ideas for tutorials?
      Thanx
      Ken M.
