I'm new to the CVS world and have a few questions of how things are done here. I'm interested in testing the Sphinx software for a NT platform using the OCX. Do I have to download the entire CVS tree under msdev, then compile. Or is there a OCX file that is already available?
I've attempted to compile the project, but I end up with the following errors.
Creating Type Library...
command line error MIDL1012 : argument illegal for switch / /o
command line warning MIDL1009 : unknown argument ignored "E:\speech\Sphinx.odl"
Processing .\NUL
NUL
.\NUL(2) : error MIDL2183 : unexpected end of file found
Error executing midl.exe.
Sphinx.ocx - 2 error(s), 1 warning(s)
Thanks for your assistance.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I need to re-check the HMM files in as binary files under CVS; some people have had trouble with them flipping byte order for some of the fields under WinCVS.
