Assume a dictionary contains pronunciations, such as the following:
ACCEPT AE K S EH P T
ACCEPT(2) AX K S EH P T
ACCEPT(3) AE K S EH P T
Sphinx should throw away the duplicate pronunciations for a word.
For example, ACCEPT(3) has the same pronunciation as ACCEPT, so
ACCEPT(3)'s pronunciation should probably be discarded when
processing the dictionary.
