This seems OK - I have only tested on Apache server. This may need a
littel more clarification in docs.

Can get along without that at the moment.

Seems to work OK as-is

This has not been extensively tested and may introduce new problems (not
that I've noticed any).

Lets get 0.03 out of the way and put the effort into 0.04.
