#6 Opening Reserved & Non-Reserved Files

When I open a Reserved or Non-Reserved file I get two
windows prompting me to either Open, or Download the
file. Is there a fix that will have the system only
prompt me once instead of twice?

FYI, this is occoruing on a Windows XP Pro client under
both IE 6 and Mozilla 1.3 browsers
