#25 Make use of information obtained through GenMsg in subsequent requst

General Messages permit polling information, e.g. regarding preferred algorithms, which might be beneficial when crafting certificate requests.

It would be beneficial when there would be an option to first pull information regarding algorithms through a General Message and then utilize this during a subsequent certificate request (IR/CR/KUR).

For pulling information some preliminary functionality is meanwhile in place.
Yet so far the result is just printed to stdout for inspection by the CLI user.
